Job Description:
Hello,
I’d like you to provide a fixed price quote for my small voice over job for our phone system’s IVR menu. I want a woman’s voice with an Irish, British, Australian or South African or similar accent. The scripts for the short recordings are provided below:

Script 1 (Hello): “Hello, you have reached the offices of Empower Decision Systems, developers of “FleetChief”, the premier Mobile Workforce Management solution. If you know your party’s extension, you can enter it at any time, for a directory listing of extensions, please press 1. Otherwise press 2 for sales, 3 for support, 4 to join a scheduled conference call, 5 to send a fax, or 9 to disconnect. Please enter your selection now. Thank you for calling, and have a nice day!

Script 2 (Conference PIN): “Please enter the PIN number for the conference call you would like to join.”

Script 3 (Invalid PIN) : “The PIN number you entered is invalid; please enter a valid PIN number.”

Script 4 (Extension Busy): “I’m sorry but the person at that extension is unavailable; please leave a message and they will return your call as soon as possible.”

Script 5 (Support Busy) : “I’m sorry but all of our support agents are currently assisting other customers. However, your call is very important to us so please leave us your name, number and a brief description of the problem and one of our agents will return your call as soon as possible.”

You will provide the recordings in the following Wave file format: 8000 hz, 16bit pcm, mono. Each recording shall be named using the text in parentheses next to the script number (e.g., “hello.wav”).

I’d like the project completed as soon as possible. Please contact me if you have any questions, otherwise provide your fixed price quote and a link to a sample of your voice in the correct format if you are interested. I can arrange to have you e-mail the sample if you can’t provide an online sample. I know it’s not a big job but maybe it will allow you to go out and have a nice dinner!
Thanks,
Doug
